Health: Needs to be Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Hi my name is Zoey! I'm an 8 year old tan and white Pembroke Welsh corgi. I was brought home a month after my human sister was born. My daddy travels for work and can no longer give me the attention I deserve and need. I'm mostly good with people and kids but have my pet peeves and can be aggressive if I'm pushed around. I also can sound mean when I'm told no, but my bark is worse than my bite and just like to complain when told no. As with many corgis I'm very protective of my food. I seem to do better one on one than in large groups. I am very smart and know many tricks, so smart my daddy has to slow me down cause I wanna do all my tricks ... (Read More)before being told. I also like to talk to my person when they get home and am very articulate. My daddy loves me very much and hates to not be able to keep me. He's very willing to have me fostered temporarily or brought to visit and see if my new home is a good fit. (Less)

PIease Read Before Adopting a Corgi in Arkansas
Corgi Dogs can make good pets in Arkansas if they match your IifestyIe. The Welsh Corgi comprises two distinct breeds, the Cardigan Welsh Corgi, which is the larger of the two, and the Pembroke Welsh Corgi, which is more common. Welsh Corgis are some of the healthiest herding dogs out there. Pembroke Welsh Corgis are smart, devoted, and obedient dogs. Pembroke Welsh Corgis are great with good children. Corgis are good guard dogs and can become overprotective unless they are thoroughly socialized as puppies. Corgis are active and energetic and need to be taken on long walks. Corgis can adapt well to apartment life with enough daily exercise.
