|Rescue Me ID: 16-02-07-00535Abby (female)|
Abby is a very timid little girl. She is very attached to Ollie her brother. I would prefer that they go together. I am moving to California to be near my children and can't take my Corgis. Ollie and Abby don't do well with puppies. They don't won't to be around high energy dogs.

I also have Ollie's sister Abby. She is black and white. She is 8 years old and I would prefer that they be adopted together as they are very bonded with each other. I'm a senior citizen and my health is failing so I'm moving to California to be near my children and can't take my Corgis. I have had them since they were 6 weeks and they were my babies. I'm looking for a loving home because they deserve it. They are both well behaved and fully house broken.

Sweet & energetic, this dog was rescued by a different group than her border collie companion on her last day in Murray County, right before lethal injection. Sadly, she didn't get to stay w/her companion so misses her lots; gets along best with older, completely calm dogs, esp. males (she is very selective about dogs she likes). House- and crate-trained, loving/conservative w/people, likes to roughhouse w/other dogs; heartworm-negative, current on shots, chipped, on monthly HW & flea/tick preventative. Please take this high-adrenaline, eager girl home and give her lots of playtime, love, and regular exercise so she can trim back down to the gorgeous girl she's meant to be (we have finally got a waist-line appearing!). About 5yrs and 40ish lbs. Adoption donation $170 against vet bills, no checks. Leave a message on VM at 678-MEOW-NAP [636-9627] or email firstname.lastname@example.org for further info or an application. (Less)

Corgi Dogs can make good pets in Georgia if they match your IifestyIe. The Welsh Corgi comprises two distinct breeds, the Cardigan Welsh Corgi, which is the larger of the two, and the Pembroke Welsh Corgi, which is more common. Welsh Corgis are some of the healthiest herding dogs out there. Pembroke Welsh Corgis are smart, devoted, and obedient dogs. Pembroke Welsh Corgis are great with good children. Corgis are good guard dogs and can become overprotective unless they are thoroughly socialized as puppies. Corgis are active and energetic and need to be taken on long walks. Corgis can adapt well to apartment life with enough daily exercise.
