Rescue Me ID: 15-06-23-00176Ginger (female)
My name is Ginger. I am approximately 4 years old and believed to be a Corgi Chihuahua mix. I am the sweetest girl. I just want to be close with my human and preferably be in your lap, being petted. I get along with other dogs but have not been tested with cats. I have been spayed, micro-chipped, and am up-to-date on my vaccinations. Please consider giving me the forever home I deserve.

Rescue Me ID: 15-06-02-00122Rosco (male)
Rosco is a male, 2yr old dog who was a victim of a 20yr old's idea to adopt not 1 but 2 dogs from the same litter. I have successfully placed his brother, since then I realized I don't have room (have 2 other permanent dogs and 17 yr old cat I have had since birth) Rosco is a energetic, sweet, compassionate and very good looking dog who looks mean but FAR from it. I simply can NOT take care of anymore dogs I NEED someone to please give this dog a chance he simply does not fit in our household,Please contact me with any question I can and will arrange a meeting spot and let you meet him I promise you will fall in love-I DID. HE is very short and stocky, very muscular, he is very good looking..Thank you (Less)

PIease Read Before Adopting a Corgi in Kentucky
Corgi Dogs can make good pets in Kentucky if they match your IifestyIe. The Welsh Corgi comprises two distinct breeds, the Cardigan Welsh Corgi, which is the larger of the two, and the Pembroke Welsh Corgi, which is more common. Welsh Corgis are some of the healthiest herding dogs out there. Pembroke Welsh Corgis are smart, devoted, and obedient dogs. Pembroke Welsh Corgis are great with good children. Corgis are good guard dogs and can become overprotective unless they are thoroughly socialized as puppies. Corgis are active and energetic and need to be taken on long walks. Corgis can adapt well to apartment life with enough daily exercise.
