|Rescue Me ID: 15-10-13-00181Tanner (male)|
Meet Tanner! Tanner is a mellow fellow from Alabama. His previous life must have been a rough one- he came to us with those nasty heartworms, K9 lifesavers stepped in and took care of his treatment. Tanner is a healthy fellow now and loves long walks and car rides! His favorite pastimes are belly rubs & cuddles. Tanner is very polite and has good home manners. This boy is smart too! He is s His favorite hot spots are his dog bed, foster mom's sofa and bed (but only when I'm invited!); anywhere outdoors! Tanner's heart is warm and flowing. If you're looking for a traveling partner and well socialized guy, then ask us about Tanner. Tanner is ready for a forever home, could it be yours? (Less)

|Rescue Me ID: 15-10-08-00551Peanut (male)|
Peanut is just the sweetest boy! He loves other small dogs & is having a ball playing the resident puppy. He's affectionate & cuddly. He's not terribly fond of rambunctious children, but should be fine with older children who are familiar with the proper way to interact with a dog. He's not been around cats, but so far seems quite interested in playing with them. He's approximately 7 years old, 13 pounds, neutered, heartworm negative, current on vaccines, microchipped, housebroken & has had a recent dental. His adoption fee is $300

Corgi Dogs can make good pets in Maryland if they match your IifestyIe. The Welsh Corgi comprises two distinct breeds, the Cardigan Welsh Corgi, which is the larger of the two, and the Pembroke Welsh Corgi, which is more common. Welsh Corgis are some of the healthiest herding dogs out there. Pembroke Welsh Corgis are smart, devoted, and obedient dogs. Pembroke Welsh Corgis are great with good children. Corgis are good guard dogs and can become overprotective unless they are thoroughly socialized as puppies. Corgis are active and energetic and need to be taken on long walks. Corgis can adapt well to apartment life with enough daily exercise.
