|Rescue Me ID: 17-05-26-00498Cookie (female)|
2.5 Years Old | 35 Lbs | Sweet, Cheerful German Shepherd Mix Cookie looks like a miniature German Shepherd and only weighs about 35 lbs. Cookie was found at a bus stop. We suspect she was abandoned there because she kept on trying to follow everyone on to the bus until we found her and picked her up. She is a cheery dog with a delightful disposition. When Cookie is feeling especially happy she loves to prance around! She will do well in a home with kids and dogs. Adopt Cookie and you'll never need another reason to smile! Corgi Dogs can make good pets in New Jersey if they match your IifestyIe. The Welsh Corgi comprises two distinct breeds, the Cardigan Welsh Corgi, which is the larger of the two, and the Pembroke Welsh Corgi, which is more common. Welsh Corgis are some of the healthiest herding dogs out there. Pembroke Welsh Corgis are smart, devoted, and obedient dogs. Pembroke Welsh Corgis are great with good children. Corgis are good guard dogs and can become overprotective unless they are thoroughly socialized as puppies. Corgis are active and energetic and need to be taken on long walks. Corgis can adapt well to apartment life with enough daily exercise.
