Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Adults (Not Kids)
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament

He is fully house trained, and has gotten on a very predictable schedule with it. He is fully crate trained and goes into his crate for sleep at night. He absolutely loves his little stuffed animal squeaky toys He loves to jump up on the couch or bed, but we have a no furniture rule in the foster's house, and he has been great with following this rule. He responds to 'get down' quite nicely. He sleeps most of the day, and sleeps all night. He loves to have his belly scratched! He absolutely loves to go out on the yard and just chill in the sunny grass. He's even pretty good about taking baths! He would do fine with older kids...

PIease Read Before Adopting a Corgi in New Jersey
Corgi Dogs can make good pets in New Jersey if they match your IifestyIe. The Welsh Corgi comprises two distinct breeds, the Cardigan Welsh Corgi, which is the larger of the two, and the Pembroke Welsh Corgi, which is more common. Welsh Corgis are some of the healthiest herding dogs out there. Pembroke Welsh Corgis are smart, devoted, and obedient dogs. Pembroke Welsh Corgis are great with good children. Corgis are good guard dogs and can become overprotective unless they are thoroughly socialized as puppies. Corgis are active and energetic and need to be taken on long walks. Corgis can adapt well to apartment life with enough daily exercise.
