Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current, Abused/Neglected,

Hi my name is Honey; I have come along way from my previous home which now I am no longer timid and love everyone from the age of two and a half year's old princess to a terrible three gentle giant toddler . I have done well with all age groups in the very young and the geriatric ;I just ask when you are seeing and meeting me for the first time to let me introduce myself versus bringing past my safety zone and net(3 minutes) .Once I get to know you and feel safe (i) will be all over you like if you had a hidden hot dogs in your pocket and on your person . I also passed my training in which I had run with lots of toddlers in a group ... (Read More)setting and singled out one on one time . Where the parents and my den mommy showed me a positive flow of true happiness and lots of love and belly rubs . I do have some anxiety when there is a thunder storm in the area and I will seek cover due to previous owners; left me out in a fenced pen with out no dog house other then the owner's back underside of their deck. (please note i have shown curiosity at the pretty light shows on you tube videos for fire works and I can not keep my tail from wagging ) My den mommy has shown me plenty of love and encouragement I love being hugged and cuddled . I am a Golden Retriever stuck inside of a Corgi's sized body . I will be turning 4 years old on July 4 . I am spayed , micro-chipped and up to date on my shots . I have had my diet changed do to previous owners bought me dog food from Aldi's. My current dog food of choice is Taste of the Wild ~High Prairie Puppy Bison & Roasted Venison Formula . I also have been getting a treat of chicken and Venison drippings dribbled over it . I tend to have a full cup of food given to me on a daily diet of a Half a cup in the morning by 8 am and I have the other half of my cup by 6:00 pm with plenty of fresh water always available . I love to take long walks on a leash , I also really enjoy going for a jog on a leash . I have also shown the acting of flying . Meaning I would really be a good dog to be trained this . I can only go so far on a short lead of thirty feet . Reasons why i have not been allowed off simply needs a fenced in yard no cages please .... ( past owners dropped food and water in and then had nothing else to do with them , their daughters were a bit more friendly in spending a little bit of time with her just to go and spy on a birds nest which had eggs in it at the time . Honey does have a scratch over her eye but she is fine and can see perfectly out of her eye from it . Honey has been inside of a private feline rescue in King George VA which she could be raised with in 24 hour care and getting her potty trained fully and addressing the concerns or lack of human touch she had the pleasure of before hand . Honey has shown how exemplary and willingness in making new friends . Whether they have fur or scales young and old . Honey is very patient in trying to make friends with the adult cats in our rescue which are not always that trusting for one they have been raising their young and are protective moms . Honey is very soft spoken and easy does it attitude even with wee little kittens of six weeks of age to 8 weeks of age .(always supervised ) Does well when a gathering is at the house for the Sacred Spirit Circle in which families bring their autistic and Asperger's syndrome children for a place where they can openly play do to a lot of the families are cramped inside of troubled neighborhoods . Also addressing single parent to no parent in which the children have a better future . I am also simply known as Mama Rose . If for any reasons my number you can not make contact try contacting me on my alternate number which is (540)642-6969 (Less)

PIease Read Before Adopting a Corgi in Virginia
Corgi Dogs can make good pets in Virginia if they match your IifestyIe. The Welsh Corgi comprises two distinct breeds, the Cardigan Welsh Corgi, which is the larger of the two, and the Pembroke Welsh Corgi, which is more common. Welsh Corgis are some of the healthiest herding dogs out there. Pembroke Welsh Corgis are smart, devoted, and obedient dogs. Pembroke Welsh Corgis are great with good children. Corgis are good guard dogs and can become overprotective unless they are thoroughly socialized as puppies. Corgis are active and energetic and need to be taken on long walks. Corgis can adapt well to apartment life with enough daily exercise.
